By accessing or using the Signal application (the "Service"), provided by LOPA Digital Ltd ("LOPA", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Signal is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that enables intelligent news signal detection, contact enrichment, and outreach automation. The Service is offered on an "as is" basis and may evolve over time with new features and performance enhancements.
Access to the Service is provisioned via a registered business account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in accordance with applicable laws. You must not:
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Signal platform, including software, design, algorithms, and documentation, are owned by LOPA or its licensors. LOPA may reuse general methods, templates, and non-customer-specific configurations developed while delivering the Service.
LOPA provides reasonable support for Signal via email or designated Slack channels. While the platform may experience occasional downtime, we strive to resolve issues within the same business day. If a resolution cannot be achieved in that timeframe, we will provide a clear action plan and timeframe for remediation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or abuse the platform. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, but your data may be exported upon request.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of external data sources used in the Service (e.g., news articles, company data, contact enrichment). LOPA shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
